MPI has bounced on its support (0.382)6.82 yesterday with some heavy buying on the morning trade ! Must break above 7.11 ( First  Resistance). Support at 6.82 must hold, cut if it breaks!!

So what happened to ICT?

I sold it , around 30% not bad during the ghost month!

Why did I sold it?

I saw the RSI was going overbought , around 80. CHECK CHART

When I saw the first RED candle , I SOLD!  CHECK CHART

What are my INDICATORS for selling ICT?

URC Buys Australia Snack Brand

URC has dropped more than 10% since claims of LEAD in some of its drink product in Vietnam.

Aug 17 Philippine snacks and beverage manufacturer Universal Robina Corp said on Wednesday it is buying the maker of Snack Brands Australia (SBA) for A$600 million ($460.86 million), expanding its portfolio in the Oceania region.

URC chart shows four red volumes  followed by a green volume worth 4.2 M. 

Will URC bounce  or it will fall near  0.5(174) FIBO. 

Intraday chart is still sideways with a volume breakout near the end.


In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange on Friday, the company said its net income went up to P12.2 billion from P9.6 billion year-on-year driven by unrealized foreign exchange gains on its New Zealand business and moderate growth across its segments, but was weighed down by the business in Vietnam.

Net sales increased by 4.2 percent to P85.37 billion, mainly driven by branded food products in the Philippines, Indonesia, Griffin’s, and renewables.

Maxs on Consistent Growth

"As of end-June, the company opened 35 stores, including a Max’s restaurant in Kuwait, bringing its total store network to 600.

“The results are consistent with our growth story and the overall state of the economy,” MGI President and CEO Robert F. Trota was quoted as saying in the statement.

The company has so far signed 11 development agreements to bring its brands overseas. This would include 70 Yellow Cab Pizza stores in China, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Singapore, Egypt and Jordan; 13 Pancake House outlets in Qatar and UAE, 10 Sizzlin’ Steak branches in Vietnam and 3 Max’s restaurants in San Diego, California.

“We have surpassed expectations due to the overwhelming response of foreign markets to our international expansion program,” said Max’s Group International CEO Peter H. King in the same statement."

Philippines-based Bloomberry Resorts Corp, owner and operator of the Solaire Resort and Casino (pictured) in Manila, reported a profit of approximately PHP1.33 billion (US$28.5 million) in its unaudited results for the three months to June 30, compared to a loss of PHP773.5 million in the prior-year period.

The company said it had basic and diluted earnings of PHP0.122 per share for the quarter, compared to a loss per share of PHP0.070 in the prior-year period.

Gaming revenue for the second quarter rose 42.6 percent, to just over PHP7.81 billion, compared to nearly PHP5.48 billion in the same quarter of 2015. It accounted for 93.4 percent of the firm’s total revenue in the three months to June 30, at PHP8.37 billion.

Operating costs and expenses fell slightly year-on-year in the quarter, by 1.8 percent, to just over PHP5.51 billion, versus PHP5.61 billion in the April to June period last year.

Meralco, ICTSI investing P10b in Laguna Rail Project

ICTSI a subsidiary of Meralco will revive the container rail service form Manila to Calamba in the span of two years for P10 Billion Pesos. 

“When this is operational, the number of trucks [hauling 40-foot containers] that you see on the road today, will be reduced by a minimum of 200 trucks per day to as many as 600 trucks per day... That’s going to provide a very significant benefit to our road system,” he said.
